Protein Rich Laddu

Ingredients to make Protein Rich Laddu

  • 1 Cup whole Fried gram
  • 1/4 Cup Sesame
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • Badam [almonds] - 12
  • PISTA [pistachios] - 2 tbsp
  • walnuts - 4
  • cashews - 10
  • melon seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cardamon 4
  • jaggery 1 cup

How to make Protein Rich Laddu

  1. TAKE 1 CUP FRIED GRAM, 1/4 CUP SESAME AND PEANUTS, 1 TBSP FLAX SEEDS AND POPPY SEEDS, ASSORTED NUTS AND CARDAMON
  2. DRY ROAST 1/4 CUP BLACK SESAME TILL IT POPS AND SET ASIDE
  3. DRY ROAST 1 TBSP POPPY SEEDS TILL COLOR CHANGES TO LIGHT BROWN AND SET ASIDE
  4. DRY ROAST 1 TBSP FLAX SEEDS TILL IT POPS AND SET ASIDE
  5. COOL THE INGREDIENTS
  6. ADD COOLED MIXTURE, BADAM, PISTA, WALNUT, CASHEW, FRIED GRAM AND CARDAMON IN BLENDER
  7. GRIND TO SEMI COARSE MIXTURE
  8. ADD 1/4 CUP PEANUTS. MIX
  9. ADD 1 CUP WATER AND 1 CUP JAGGERY
  10. STRAIN IMPURITIES IF ANY AND BOIL THE JAGGERY SYRUP
  11. BOIL TILL IT REACHES ONE STRING CONSISTENCY
  12. ADD LADDU MIXTURE AND MIX WELL
  13. ADD 1-2 TBSP GHEE. MIX WELL AND TURN OFF THE FLAME
  14. MAKE LADDUS
