ABOUT Superfood Elixir RECIPE

This is a great filling smoothie filled with nutritional ingredients & yet very tasty!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cups Swiss chard
  2. 1 small steamed sweet potato
  3. 1 cup blueberries (frozen works too)
  4. 5 dried apricots
  5. 1 cup coconut water
  6. 1 cup water
  7. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Steam the sweet potato by either microwaving it whole or using a steamer. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth. Serve.
