ABOUT Tomato onion rayta RECIPE

A delicious recipe of raita made with onion and tomatoes, to be served with some pulao.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cumin seed or musturd seed 1/4 tablespoon
  2. Pinch of hing
  3. Black salt 1/4tablespoon or as your taste
  4. Ghee 1/2 tablespoon
  5. 1 small tomato ( chopped)
  6. 1 small onion
  7. 2 cup curd( dahi)

Instructions

  1. Firstly chopped onion and tomato in small pieces. Then heat the pan and pour 1/2 table spoon ghee. Used medium flam.
  2. Then add cumin seed, hing then tomato and onion , black salt as your taste. And add pinch of black paper.
  3. Fry them all ingredient for 2 or 3 minute on medium flam
  4. Off the gas cool down for 2 min and now add curd.
  5. Mix well and pour into the bowl and serve with and dish.
