Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. jackfruit seeds 1 cup
  2. salt
  3. chilli powder
  4. turmeric powder
  5. grated coconut 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. cut the seeds in lengthwise
  2. cook the seeds adding salt chilli powder turmeric powder
  3. heat oil in a pan. add mustard seeds. once it splutters add jackfruit seeds and fry well. garnish with grated coconut and serve hot
