Ingredients to make Mix Chicken Tikka Sizzler

  • Boneless chicken Breast and Legs mixed 750 gms
  • Marination for achari tikka:
  • 1 packet Achari masala
  • 1 tablespoon curd
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 whole lemon juice
  • Marination for fried tikka:
  • 2 tablespoon hung curd
  • 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp green chilli paste
  • 1 tbsp tandoori paste
  • 1 tbsp tomato Paste
  • 1 whole lemon juice
  • Stir fry veggies:
  • 3 colored bell peppers
  • 1 onion cut in cubes
  • 1 carrot cut in cubes
  • 2 potatoes for fries
  • oil to deep fry
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bowl of bread crumb

How to make Mix Chicken Tikka Sizzler

  1. Marinate the achari tikka and keep it for 2 hours. Then marinate the fried tikka and keep it for 2 hours.
  2. Now take one pan, put butter to heat then put the achari tikka. Cover and let it cook for 20 mins.
  3. For the fried tikka, take a single piece of chicken and roll it in the bread crumb first, then dip it in the egg and deep fry.
  4. Take another pan, put butter and throw all the veggies with a little salt, vinegar and crushed pepper. Satue it for 5 mins.
  5. Also deep fry some french fries.
  6. Take a hot sizzle tray and put the achari tikka on one side , middle some veggies n other side fried tikka n on top of some fries.
  7. Serve it hot.
