Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Baby jackfruit pieces 1/2 cup
  2. Mango cubes 1/4 cup
  3. Grated coconut 1 cup
  4. Red chillies 6 numbers
  5. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Shallots 6 numbers
  7. Oil 2 table spoon
  8. Mustard seed 1 teaspoon
  9. Fenugreek seed 1/4 teaspoon
  10. Curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Cook jackfruit and mango with salt and turmeric powder
  2. Grind coconut 2 shallots jeera, red chilly 5 numbers and turmeric powder to a fine paste
  3. Mix cooked vegetables and ground paste and add required water and salt
  4. In a kadai do the seasoning with mustard seed, fenugreek, chopped shallots, red chilly and curry leaves
  5. Serve hot with rice
