Coffee and Nut Teabread

Ingredients to make Coffee and Nut Teabread

  • all purpose flour 1cup+2 tbsp
  • eggs 2
  • Coffee sugar 3/4 cup+1tbsp
  • Sunflower oil -1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1tsp
  • baking soda 1/4 tsp
  • Coffee pwd 2.5 gms
  • Coffee granules 1+1/2 tbsp
  • salt a pinch
  • water 1tbsp
  • Crushed nuts 1/2 cup

How to make Coffee and Nut Teabread

  1. Mix flour,salt,baking powder,baking soda together.Keep aside.
  2. Dissolve coffee in boiling water.
  3. Mix eggs,oil,sugar together.
  4. Mix together the dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
  5. Sprinkle dusted nuts and mix with light hands.
  6. Bake for 40 min At 180° in a preheated oven.
