It is easiest way of making cake ...which taste similarly like in bake soft and spongy

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 cups of gulab jamun mix powder ( 1 and 1/2 each for 2 layer)
  2. 1 and 1/2 cup water (1/2 and 1/4 cup each for each layer)
  3. Vanila essence
  4. 1 cup sugar(1/2 cup for each layer)
  5. 10 -11 almonds
  6. sugar syrup made from 1/3 cup of sugar and 2/3 of water by boiling it
  7. 1 apple and 1/2 cup of pomegranate seeds for decoration
  8. Whipping cream recipe
  9. 500 gms heavy fresh cream refrigerated for 3 or mre hrs
  10. 10 tbspn icing sugar
  11. 1/4 tspn vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. First layer Add 1 and 1/2 cup of gulab jamun mix powder in big bowl,
  2. add 1/2 cup sugar and 2 drop of vanilla essence and 1/2 cup or little more of water and mix it well
  3. grease the baking pan with oil and and the mixture in the pan..side by side preheat the oven at 175 deegre celcius for 10 mins... once preheated place the baking tray in the oven and bake the cake at 175 degree for 15-20 mins.Check the cake by poking a stick in the middle if comes out clean cake is done. Take cake out of the oven and let it cool for 5 mins and then overturn the baking tray on a flat plate to let the cake come out clean
  4. Spread 1 - 2 tbsn sugar syrup on the first layer .Similarly bake the second layer. start decorating the first layer by spreading the whipping cream on top of it and also spread 5 -6 grated almonds.
  5. now place second layer and decorate it with whipping whipping cream...some slice apple and few almonds and pomegranate seed
  6. whipping cream recipe method Place the chilled heavy fresh cream in a big bowl...and beat it with hand mixer till it becomes double in volume and forms a peak.Once form peak add icing sugar and vanilla essence and mix it properly . refigerate for 10 -15 minutes and then use for decoration
