Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dry Ingredients All Purpose Flour- 1cup
  2. Powdered Sugar-3/4 cup (adjust as per taste)
  3. Hersheys Unsweetened Cocoa powder-6 tbsp
  4. Baking soda -1 tsp
  5. Baking Powder-1/2 tsp
  6. Salt-1/4 tsp
  7. Wet ingredients Eggs-2
  8. Rice Vinegar or( any vinegar )-1 tsp
  9. Milk-1/4 cup
  10. Oil /butter -1/4 cup
  11. Vanilla essence- 1tsp
  12. Ganache frosting Semi sweet chocolate chips or (flavor u like)- 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream -1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven @ 350 F..now sieve all dry ingredients in a big bowl, slowly whisk all wet ingredients in a bowl and slowly fold in dry ingredients, mix all ingredients properly.Now grease ur baking pan & pour cake batter.
  2. Put in an oven for baking for 35 min & check with toothpick or knife.if its come clean it means it's baked..now take out your cake ..put on a rack for cooling.
  3. Place your heavy cream in a pan to warm or warm it in microwave for 45 sec.put ur chocolate chips in a bowl & slowly pour heavy whipping cream and mix, don't mix fast ..slowly chocolate will melt.
  4. Let cake come on room temp.shaved from top for smooth frosting finishing .apply ganache & keep in a fridge ..to set & enjoy your Chocolate cake with ganache frosting ..
