Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken Breast (half)
  2. 1 Red bell pepper
  3. 1 Yellow Bell pepper
  4. Broccoli (Small florets 8 to 10)
  5. 5 to 8 Baby Corn
  6. 1 Onion (Medium sized)
  7. 2 Spring Onions
  8. 5 Mushroom
  9. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  10. 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
  11. 2 tsp white vinegar
  12. 2 Tbsp Ching’s Red Chilli Sauce
  13. 3 Tbsp Ching’s Schezwan Chutney
  14. 1 1/2 Tsp Salt
  15. 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Chop onion , bell pepper in small cube shape.
  2. Boil the chicken breast in water till the time it becomes soft and then shred it into small pieces either with your hands or knife.
  3. Blanche Broccoli florets
  4. Chop mushrooms, spring onions and baby corn.
  5. Sauté all veggies in the olive olive ( onion, baby corn , bell pepper , mushroom , blanched broccoli, spring onion (half)) for 1-2 minutes till they become little bit tender.
  6. Add shredded chicken and again sauté it 1 to 2 minutes.
  7. Add vinegar,soy sauce, red chilli sauce & schezwan chutney and stir it to let it get mixed with veggies and chicken.
  8. Add salt and let it cook for 5 minutes
  9. Add black pepper powder and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
  10. Garnish it with Spring onions and serve it hot !
