Ingredients to make Tandoori Fish Fry

  • Fish Boneless of your choice - 500 grams
  • coriander Powder (Dhaniya Powder) - 2 Table Spoon
  • cumin Powder (Jeera Powder) - 1 Tea Spoon
  • Red Chili Powder (Lal Mirch Powder) - 2 Table Spoon
  • ginger & Garlic Paste (Adrak & Lasoon Paste) - 2 Table Spoon
  • Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder) - 1 tea Spoon
  • Tandori masala Powder - 1 Table Spoon
  • lemon Juice (Nimbu Ka Ras) - 2 Table Spoon
  • Corn flour - 2 Table Spoon
  • oil - As per your requirement
  • salt to taste

How to make Tandoori Fish Fry

  1. In a vessel, add boneless fish, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, red chilli, coriander, cumin, turmeric, tandori powder, corn flour and season it with salt according to taste. Mix all the dry ingredients and marination for at least for 30 minutes so that fish pieces are completely get coated with all the ingredients and gets its flavor
  2. Heat oil in a Non-Stick or Grill Pan. Once the oil is hot place the marinated fish piece and shallow fry 2 to 3 minutes till they turn crispy brown. Gently turn the pieces and repeat the process till they turn crispy brown
  3. Now the dish is ready and served hot with any sauce or chutney

My Tip:

To get rid of the fish smell first marinate it with viniger and turmeric for at least 30 minutes and then wash it
