ABOUT Chaat delight RECIPE

This awesome fresh chaat,healthy Ingredients palatable and interesting to All .Banana ,Sweet potatoes,Dates and touch of lime with garnish of fresh pomegranate and some chaat masala, pepper to add to taste. Salt optional sprinkle.Filling and fresh and diet friendly too.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 medium sweet potato
  2. 1 banana
  3. 1/2cup pomegranate peeled
  4. Half a lemon
  5. 2 small spn chaat masala
  6. Sprinkle of salt
  7. Sprinkle of pepper
  8. Some fresh corriander

Instructions

  1. Boil the sweet potatoes in open pot for ten minutes
  2. Cool peel the sweet potato,banana and cut lime n keep ready
  3. Sice the banana and sweet potato into rounds
  4. Now add banana to the sweet potato with sprinkle of salt pepper and add chaat masala
  5. Squeeze lime now and mix
  6. Deseed the dates and chop with scissors to get strips,add on top
  7. Add fresh corriander leaves chopped random
  8. Mix with fork lightly
  9. Sprinkle pomegranate over this and serve cold
