Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup flour
  2. 2 elaichi banana mashed
  3. 1 tsp baking powder
  4. 1 tbsp sugar or as per taste
  5. 1/2 cup milk
  6. Butter for cooking
  7. For use in pancake tower---
  8. 1 banana slices
  9. 1 tsp powder sugar
  10. For strawberry compote---
  11. 5 chopped strawberries
  12. 1 tbsp sugar
  13. 2 tbsp water
  14. 3 strawberries slices

Instructions

  1. Mash ripe banana finely
  2. And add milk make paste in mixi
  3. Take flour in bowl and add all ingredents
  4. Whisk and keep for 30 min.
  5. Then make mini pancakes
  6. Cook them with butter
  7. Take banana and strawberry slices and sprinkle powder sugar
  8. For compote--
  9. Heat pan add sugar and strawberries
  10. Add water and cook till soft
  11. Now assemble them in a tower
  12. First take 1 pancake
  13. Then arrange strawberry slices then again pancake
  14. Then arrange banana slices
  15. Then again pancake
  16. And top with strawberry compote
  17. And insert a fork in center
  18. Our cute ,tasty pancakes are ready to serve
