Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. jack fruit seeds 1/2 kg
  2. boiled potato 2 no
  3. salt to taste
  4. Red chili powder 1 tbsp .
  5. cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  6. cumin powder 1 tsp
  7. clove powder 1/4 tsp
  8. cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
  9. lemon juice 2 tbsp
  10. cornflour 2 tbsp
  11. chopped green chili 1 tbsp
  12. chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  13. fine chop ginger 1 tbsp
  14. sliced onion 2 tbsp
  15. Desi ghee 1tbsp
  16. chat masala powder 1 tbsp
  17. oil for frying
  18. chutney and onion for serving

Instructions

  1. boil the seeds in enough water and remove the hard skin. grind into smooth paste.
  2. peel and grate the potato mix with seed paste. heat ghee in a pan add cumin seeds, as they change the color saute ginger, green chili and onion,
  3. add seed mixture salt, red chili powder, clove powder, cinnamon powder, lemon juice, chat masala powder and cumin powder stir and mix it well.
  4. switch off the flame, mix cornflour, divide the mixture into equal portion make kebabs, heat a griddle and shallow fry the kebabs applying oil till golden and crisp both side.
  5. serve hot with chutney and onion rings .
