Kadhai paneer

Ingredients to make Kadhai paneer

  • 250 gram cottage cheese
  • Green capsicum 1 piece
  • onions 3
  • tomatoes 4
  • Fresh cream 2 tablespoons
  • oil 2 tablespoons
  • salt 1 teaspoon
  • red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon kasoori methi
  • 1 teaspoon kitchen king masala

How to make Kadhai paneer

  1. Peel, chopped and grinded 2 onions
  2. Take oil in a pan and add onion paste on medium heat
  3. Now add tomato puree in it
  4. Add all the dry spices
  5. Meanwhile in another pan saute chopped onions, capsicum and tomato
  6. Chopped cottage cheese in big pieces
  7. Add this cottage cheese in gravy
  8. Add sauteed onions, capsicum and tomato in this gravy too
  9. Cook for more 2 minutes
  10. Add cream in the gravy
  11. Ready to serve with chapati
