  1. Thin Roti from wheat flour

Instructions

  1. MAKE THIN CHAPPATIS OUT OF WHEAT FLOUR, APPLY GHEE AND LEAVE FOR 5 HOURS.
  2. ON A HOT TAVA ROAST THE ROTIS ON LOW FLAME WITH THE HELP OF A DAMP CLOTH OR AS SHOWN IN PIC
  3. WHEN THE ROTI TURNS GOLDEN AND A BIT CRISPY REMOVE IT FROM THE TAVA AND APPLY GHEE ON IT.
  4. FLIP IT ON THE OTHER SIDE AND KEEP ROASTING IT.
