Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250gram soaked poha
  2. Oil- 2 tbsp
  3. Curry leaves- a few
  4. Til- 1/2 tsp
  5. Rai- 1/2 tsp
  6. salt as per taste
  7. chilly green or red powder
  8. Dhaniya -a few leaves
  9. Sugar- optional
  10. 500ml butter milk

Instructions

  1. In a pan take 500ml. Butter milk and mix soaked poha in it. Add salt, chilly, dhaniya powder, sugar (optional) salt, green chilly pieces stir properly and put pan on a gas. If required add some butter milk. When it is properly mixed then spread out on thali and steam.
  2. Now for tadka-Heat oil add rai, til, jeera curry leaves and green chilly. Pour on poha dhokla thali, cut into pieces and serve hot.
