Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Moong dal : 2 cup
  2. Carrot : 1
  3. Tomato : 1
  4. Potato : 2
  5. Beans : 4
  6. Chilli : 2
  7. Salt
  8. Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
  9. Sambar powder : 2 tsp
  10. Shallots : 5
  11. Garlic ; 5
  12. Salt
  13. Oil
  14. Curry leaves
  15. Cummin powder : 1/2 tsp
  16. Tamarind : small size
  17. Coriander leaves
  18. Mustard seeds : 1/2 tsp
  19. Fenugreek : 1/2 tsp
  20. Asafodita

Instructions

  1. In a pressure cooker add Moong dal, chopped veg carrot, tomato, garlic,potato, beans, shallots, fenugreek required water and cook for 10 min on medium flame
  2. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, curry leaves and cooked dal and cook for 2 min
  3. Add turmeric powder, cummin powder, salt, Sambar powder and cook for 5 min
  4. Add tamarind water, coriander leaves, pinch of asafodita and switch off the flame
