Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Double beans : 1/4 kg
  2. Oil : 2 tsp
  3. Fennal seeds : 1/2 tsp
  4. Curry leaves
  5. Salt
  6. Cinnamon
  7. Onion : 1
  8. Tomato : 1
  9. Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp
  10. Green chilly : 1
  11. Chilli powder : 2 tsp
  12. For coconut paste :
  13. Grated Coconut : 3 tsp
  14. Cashew : 5

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook the double beans for 5 min and keep aside
  2. Heat oil in a pan add Fennel seeds, cinnamon, curry leaves, and chopped onion and saute it
  3. Add chilli, tomato and saute for 1 min
  4. Add ginger garlic paste
  5. Add chilli powder, salt and saute it
  6. Add cooked double beans with water and cook for 2 min
  7. Add coconut paste and cook for 2 more min
