Ingredients to make Gulab Ki Thandi Kheer

  • 1 - 1/2 cups rose patels shredded
  • 1/3 cup pure ghee
  • 2 tbsp rose water
  • 500 gms paneer grated
  • 2cups Milk
  • 1 तीन 400 gms Nestle milkmaid sweetened condensed milk

How to make Gulab Ki Thandi Kheer

  1. 1. In a pan, mix together the Nestlé milkmaid sweetened condensed milk, milk, paneer and ghee bring to a boil.
  2. 2 cups Milk,
  3. 1/3 cup pure ghee,
  4. 500 gms grated paneer.
  5. 2. Simmer for 5 minutes remove from stove and cool to room temperature.
  6. 3. Add 2 tbsp rose water and
  7. 4. 1 1/2 cups Shredded rose patels and mix well.
  8. 5. Place in refrigerator, serve chilled.

My Tip:

You can add fry fruits as per your choice.
