Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl carrot chopped
  2. 1 bowl beetroot chopped
  3. 1 liter water
  4. 2 tsp mustard powder
  5. Black salt and white salt to taste

Instructions

  1. PUT 1 BOWL CARROT 1 BOWL BEETROOT IN ZAR
  2. GRIND IT
  3. GRIND INTO A SMOOTH PASTE
  4. REMOVE PASTE IN A VESSEL
  5. ADD ONE LITER OF WATER
  6. STRAIN IT
  7. ADD 2 TSP MUSTARD POWDER
  8. 1 TSP BLACK SALT AND WHIT SALT TO TASTE
  9. STIR WELL
  10. POUR THE ZAR AND COVER WITH LID
  11. PLACE THE ZAR IN SUNLIGHT FOR TWO DAYS. AFTER THAT IT IS READY TO SERVE
