Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Unsalted Butter - 185 Grams
  2. Eggs - 3
  3. Cake Flour - 170 (95 Grams)
  4. Dark Chocolate - 185 Grams (Roughly Chopped)
  5. Sugar - 250 Grams
  6. Cacao Powder - 50 Grams
  7. White Chocolate - 100 Grams (Finely Chopped)
  8. Milk - 50 Ml
  9. Nestle Condensed Milk - 400 Grams
  10. Vanilla Ice Cream - 1 Litre
  11. Chocolate Sauce Of Your Choice - 250 Ml

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 160 degree celsius.
  2. Put butter & dark chocolate in a glass mixing bowl & place over a pot with boiling water until melted.
  3. Add eggs one by one, then add sugar, condensed milk & mix well.
  4. Sift flour & cacao into the mixture together.
  5. Stir well until it's combined & smooth.
  6. Pour this mixture into 25cm * 25cm pan, sprayed with non stick oil spray.
  7. Place the pan in a warm oven & bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until congealed. The centre of the brownies must still be moist , then refrigerate until ice cold.
  8. Put white chocolate & milk together in a glass bowl & melt over a pot with boiling water until you have a smooth mixture.
  9. Then stir ice cream in a large mixing bowl until it becomes a soft mixture, but not melted. Add the white chocolate mixture, stir well & freeze.
  10. Take the brownie out of the pan onto a wire rack & slice in two even sized parts.
  11. Line a bread pan of 15cm* 20cm with cling film. Place one half of the brownie in the bottom of the pan & spoon the soft ice cream over. Then top with the second half of the brownie.
  12. Freeze for four to six hours or overnight until the ice cream is completely frozen.
  13. Take it out of the bread pan & place on a serving tray topped with chocolate sauce of your choice.
  14. Enjoy the scrumptious delectable white chocolate & brownie ice cream with families & friends during holi.
