Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled eggs...4
  2. Boiled potato...5
  3. Bay leaves...3
  4. Black cardamom...1
  5. cinnamon stick...1"
  6. Chopped Onion...1
  7. ginger garlic paste...1tspn
  8. Onion_tomato_green chilli paste...5tspn
  9. turmeric powder...1tspn
  10. Kashmiri red chilli powder...5tspn
  11. cumin powder...1tspn
  12. coriander powder...1tspn
  13. Garam masala...1tspn
  14. coriander leaves...5tspm
  15. Fresh cream for garnishing


  1. Boil eggs & potatoes separately.
  2. Prick the eggs with a fork.
  3. Heat oil, add salt, turmeric powder & red chilli powder.Saute it for a while.Fry eggs in it & take out then.
  4. Fry the boiled potatoes & take out.
  5. Add bay leaf, dry red chilli, black cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves.Saute it for a while. Add chopped onion & ginger garlic paste.Fry it for few mins.
  6. Add onion_tomato_green chilli paste.Fry it also & make a soft mixture.
  7. 9...Add all spices & 2 cup of hot water.
  8. When bubbles will come add fried eggs & potatoes.Adjust salt & water.Cover it & cook it well.
  9. Add coriander leaves & adjust gravy.Switch off the flame.
  10. Decorate with fresh cream & serve it with rice or parantha.
