Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For vegetable balls :
  2. potato -1
  3. Sweet potato-1
  4. Green peas -1/4 cup
  5. Green Capsicum -1/4 cup
  6. Garam masala -1/2 teaspoon
  7. Chilli powder-1/2 teaspoon
  8. Pepper powder -1/2 teaspoon
  9. Lemon juice-1 teaspoon
  10. Corn flour-2 teaspoon
  11. FOR GRAVY:
  12. Chopped Red capsicum-2
  13. chopped tomato-2
  14. Grated carrot-1
  15. Onion-1
  16. Green Chilli-1
  17. Ginger garlic paste -1 table spoon
  18. Cinnamon-1 stick
  19. Cardomom-2
  20. Bay leaf -1
  21. Jeera -1 teaspoon
  22. Chilli powder-1 teaspoon
  23. Coriander powder-1 teaspoon
  24. garam masala-1/2 teaspoon
  25. Salt to taste
  26. milk -1/4 cup
  27. Kasuri methi -1/2 teaspoon
  28. oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook potato, sweet potato,green peas for two whistles.
  2. Add all other ingredients given under vegetable balls and mix them well.
  3. Make balls and shallow fry them .Keep aside
  4. In a kadai add two tablespoons of oil and fry onion, ginger garlic paste,tomato,red capsicum, carrots for about five minutes and grind into fine paste
  5. In dame kadai ,add a spoon of oil and add cardamom Cinnamon bay leaf , elachi and jeera .Then add the ground paste along with all spice powder given under gravy and fry until oil leaves sides of pan
  6. Add milk now and allow to boil.
  7. Drop in the vegetable balls and switch off the flame.add kasuri methi to garnish.
