Paneer butter masala

Ingredients to make Paneer butter masala

  • butter 100 grm
  • onion 2
  • tomatoes 4
  • ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • cumin powder half tsp
  • Garam masala half tsp
  • Dry Kasthuri methi few crushed
  • salt as required
  • cashews 10 ps
  • Panneer 200 grms
  • oil

How to make Paneer butter masala

  1. Opos method consist of layers
  2. Later 1 . In a 2liter pressure cooker add 75 grms butter and 3 TSP water
  3. Layer 2 . Chopped onion
  4. Layer 3 . 1 big chopped tomatoes and 3 whole tomatoes
  5. Layer 4 . Gg paste
  6. Layer 5 . All spices ( Chilli powder, gram masala, cumin powder, kasthuri methu, salt )
  7. Layer 6. Cashew nuts
  8. Now keep in high for 4 whistle .. then blend in mixi or blender ...
  9. Add fried or warm milk soak paneer in masala
  10. Garnish with some butter and kasthuri methu ...
  11. Aromatic paneer butter masala ready
