Potukadalai laddoo( chutney dal)

Ingredients to make Potukadalai laddoo( chutney dal)

  • Potukadalai- one cup
  • sugar- one cup
  • ghee- 3/4 cup
  • Nuts- a few chopped

How to make Potukadalai laddoo( chutney dal)

  1. Grind potukadalai and sugar together.
  2. Heat ghee and fry chopped nuts.
  3. Add hot ghee and fried chopped nuts to the powder.
  4. Make Laddoos and serve

My Tip:

Too much of ghee will make laddoos soggy. You can even fry chutney dal dry and grind
