About The Azul Cake:blue_heart: Recipe

So this is basically a normal cake, an egg less cake made with milkmaid, ingredients, and alot with love :heart: :blue_heart:

The Azul Cake :blue_heart:

Ingredients to make The Azul Cake:blue_heart:

  • 100gm milkmad
  • 75gms maida (wheat flour)
  • 25gms butter
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1/4tsp baking soda
  • 30-40ml- soda water
  • 1/4 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/4 powdered sugar
  • cream
  • Powdered Sugar, water

How to make The Azul Cake:blue_heart:

  1. 1)Grease the tin with butter and dust it with maida and keep aside
  2. 2) blend butter and milkmaid
  3. 3)Add maida in it., then add baking powder, baking soda, and soda water.
  4. 5) blend it until it becomes thick( falling consistency )
  5. 6) put the batter in the tin and bake at 175°c for 25min ( preheat the oven without fail)
  7. 7) cut the cake into two parts from between horizontal way.
  8. 8) put powdered sugar in water and keep it for 2mins ( let it dissolve )
  9. 9)now the cake we've cut, put sugar water in the 2nd( down later) let the cake soak the sugar water properly.
  10. 10) add cream to it in a good quantity and add your favourite toppings. Do the same with above layer.
  11. Cover the whole cake with your cream and toppings.
