Ingredients to make Banana flower cooked chutney

  • banana flower chopped 1 cup
  • tamarind gooseberry sized
  • Grated coconut 1 cup
  • curry leaves few
  • turmeric powder a pinch
  • coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • cumin 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli 1
  • water 1 1/2 cup
  • For seasoning..
  • mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • red chilli 1
  • Cooking oil 1 tsp

How to make Banana flower cooked chutney

  1. ADD FINELY CHOPPED BANANA FLOWERS, TAMARIND INTO BOILING WATER
  2. SALT, JAGGERY
  3. CORIANDER SEEDS, CUMIN, TURMERIC POWDER
  4. RED CHILLI, GRATED COCONUT, ALLOW IT TO COOK SMOOTHLY
  5. ADD CURRY LEAVES AND, TURN OFF THE FLAME, ALLOW IT TO COOL
  6. ADD IN MIXIE JAR
  7. GRIND COARSELY
  8. TRANSFER INTO BOWL
  9. DO SEASONING AND ADD
