Ingredients Serving: 4
1/2 kg mutton
2 glasses Jeera Rice Or basmati rice Or Sona masuri
3 onions chopped
1 tblspn red chilli powder
Cloves 4-5.
Black pepper- 1 teaspoon
Mint leaves- half bunch
Fresh ginger garlic paste-1 tblspn.
Oil 4 Tblspn.
Water 3 glass.
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
Cardamom- 4
Coriander leaves half bunch
Ghee 2 Tblspn.
Yogurt half cup
bay leaves 1
Green chillies 6
Saunf 1 teaspoon
Half lemon juice
Methi leaves 1 bunch
Instructions
In a cooker put clean mutton, add ginger garlic paste, salt, half onion chopped 3 whistling is enough.
In a pan put some oil and add garam masala fry it till roasted then add onion chopped and fry it till golden brown. Then add methi leaves. Fry fr 2 minutes. Then add mint leaves
Add fresh ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli powder in it.
Now make the paste of green chilli coriander leaves, black pepper and saunf.
Add this paste in the onion masala then add tomato chopped in it.
Then add half boil mutton in this masala. Then add lemon juice, Yogurt and salt
Add coriander leaves when it get cooked keep aside. Put rice 4 glass of boiling water.
And after it get cooked strain it and add it in masala put in low flame for 15 -20 minutes
Lastly garnished it coriander leaves. Tomato flower and lemon slice. Yummy mutton biryani is ready..... BY NASSU,,,,,,
