About Malai Chicken Kabab Recipe

Boneless chicken cubes in a creamy marinade and cooked without a tandoor or grill.

Malai Chicken Kabab

Ingredients to make Malai Chicken Kabab

  • 500 boneless chicken (cut into medium size pieces)
  • 1 green chilly (finely Chopped)
  • 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 3 tbs fresh cream
  • 3 tbs hung curd
  • 1 tbs cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • salt to taste

How to make Malai Chicken Kabab

  1. Mix all the ingredients and marinate the chicken cubes in this marinade. Keep aside for 2 - 3 hours.
  2. Transfer to a pan. Cover and cook on slow flame without adding any water. The chicken and marinade leaves its own juices.
  3. Keep stirring after few minutes till chicken is cooked and all water evaporates.
  4. On a tava heat oil and fry the chicken pieces on all sides.

My Tip:

If you have a grill, the chicken can be grilled or even baked in an OTG.
