Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 250g prawns
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  3. Soya sauce ½tsp
  4. Egg 1
  5. Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Chill powder 1 tsp
  7. Cornflour 2 tbsp
  8. Maida 2 tbsp
  9. Onion 1
  10. Bell pepper 1
  11. Tomato Sauce 2 tbsp
  12. Garlic chopped 1 tsp
  13. Coriander leaf


  1. Marination : Marinate the prawns with ginger garlic paste, salt, soya sauce, Pepper powder, Chilli powder, egg, cornflour, maida for 15min
  2. Heat oil or Ghee in pan add the marinated prawns Nd shallow fry it
  3. Heat oil in pan add chopped garlic, onion, bell peppers saute well add salt, pepper powder, Chilli powder, tomato sauce, soya sauce.
  4. Add fried prawns saute well garnish with coriander or spring onion
