Mushroom gravy

Ingredients to make Mushroom gravy

  • mushroom
  • oil : 2 tsp
  • salt
  • onion : 1
  • tomato : 1
  • cinnamon and cardamom : 1
  • cloves : 2
  • ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
  • Garam masala : ½ tsp
  • chilli powder : 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves
  • curry leaves
  • turmeric powder : ½ tsp
  • For coconut paste :
  • Grated coconut : 3 tsp
  • cumin seeds : ½ tsp

How to make Mushroom gravy

  1. Clean the mushroom and Keep aside
  2. Heat oil in a pan, saute Cinnamon and cardamom, onion, tomato for 3 mins.
  3. Add garam masala, chilli powder, coriander powder and saute for 2 min.
  4. Add salt, ginger garlic paste and keep saute for 1 min.
  5. Add Mushroom, turmeric powder mix well.
  6. Add some water and cook covered for 10 mins.
  7. Add Coconut, cumin seeds paste and cook for 2 mins.
  8. Add curry leaves, coriander and keep sauteing for 1 mins.
