ABOUT Gobi Takatak RECIPE

It's a tongue tickling curry made with cauliflower and lots of tomatoes and simple homely spices. As tomatoes are used in extra quantity gives it a tangy taste to cauliflower and a rich colour too. It goes well with chapatis naans as well as rice too. As the name 'takatak' describes it taste better.
