Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1cup whole wheat atta
  2. 1/3cup semolina
  3. 1/3 cup oats
  4. 1/3 cupbajra
  5. 1/3 cup unsalted butter
  6. 1/2 cup milk
  7. 1tsp baking powder
  8. 1/2tsp baking soda
  9. 1/3 cup sugar free powder
  10. A pinch of salt
  11. Elaichi $ almond essence 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. First sieve all the flours
  2. Add baking piwder and soda
  3. Keep aside
  4. Then with the help ofa blender butter milk snd dugsr free powder
  5. Beat till it becomes fluffy and foamy
  6. Now add this to the dry ingtedients
  7. Now knead a soft dough
  8. Cut out desire shape with the help of a cookie cutter
  9. Now put in the bsking trsy and bake for 15-18 min
  10. Its ready to eat
