Mouthwatering gravy for poori , naan and roti

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For frying
  2. Salmon fillet 10 small pieces
  3. Egg 1
  4. Ginger grated 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Garlic grated 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Cornflour 4 tablespoon
  7. Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
  8. Water
  9. Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Oil for Deep frying
  12. For gravy
  13. All purpose flour 1 tablespoon
  14. Onion 1 small cut into chunks
  15. Capsicum thinly sliced 1/2 cup
  16. Carrot thinly sliced 1/2 cup
  17. Green beans thinly sliced 1/2 cup
  18. Green chilly chopped 1
  19. Garlic chopped 1 teaspoon
  20. sugar 1 tablespoon
  21. tomato sauce 2 Tablespoon
  22. Chilly sauce 1 tablespoon
  23. Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
  24. Maggie masala 1/2 teaspoon
  25. Water 1 glass
  26. Coriander leaves
  27. spring onions
  28. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate fish with ginger garlic pepper and salt for 1 hour.
  2. Take a bowl mix cornflour egg salt and soya sauce
  3. Make a thick batter
  4. Heat oil for frying. Take each piece of fish dip it in batter and fry for 3 minutes at medium flame.
  5. For gravy . Heat oil in a pan.  Add garlic and green chilly. Fry until the raw smell goes.
  6. Add onion and fry till it becomes translucent
  7. Add all purpose flour and saute for a minute. Pour a glass of water and bring to boil
  8. Add salt , sugar, tomato sauce, chilly sauce and soya sauce. Mix well. Add remaining vegitables and cook for 10 minutes. If the gravy is too thick pour little water.
  9. Add fried fish and maggie masala. Stir it and cook for 2 minutes. Garnish it with coriander leaves and spring onions and serve hot with poori, naan or roti.
