Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Jelly:
  2. Instant Jello / Jelly Crystals – 1 packet
  3. Water as needed
  4. For Vermicelli:
  5. Vermicelli – a handful
  6. Water as needed
  7. For Rosemilk:
  8. Milk – 2 cups
  9. Milkmaid-2 tablespoons
  10. Rose Essence – as needed
  11. Sugar as needed
  12. For Assembling:
  13. Icecreams – any of your choice( Strawberry, Vanilla)
  14. Cashews – as needed
  15. Sabja seeds-2 tablspn

Instructions

  1. Start by making jelly. Do it as per directions mentioned in packet. Pour that into a bowl and allow it to set in fridge.
  2. Now cook the vermicelli, boil vermicelli in water till they are done. Now drain it and wash it under cold water. Set that aside till use.
  3. Make the rose milk, boil 3 cups of milk till it is reduced by half, Take it off the stove and add in rose essence , milkmaid and sugar. Mix well. Set this in fridge till use.
  4. Soak sabja seeds for 10 mins.
  5. Take a tall glass, add a dollop of jelly in the bottom of the glass, add some rosemilk,
  6. Add some vermicelli, Add scoops of strawberry and vanilla icecreams. Top off with cashews and sabja seeds . Serve immediately.
