Lined baking tray with parchment paper and keep aside for later use.
In a bowl add desiccated coconut.
Pour milkmaid over the coconut and stir until everything mixed well.
Paste is sticky and thick.
Take a handful of coconut mixture and shape into rectangular bars .
Press firmly to make sure the bars will keep their shape.
Arrange on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and put in the refrigerate for 30 minutes .
This will make the candy firm and easy to handle while you dip in choclate.
Add dark choclate pieces in microwave safe bowl and heat on high power for 1 minute.
Stir well and heat again for 1 minute.
Repeat the process until the choclate has melted.
Take out 2-3 coconut bars from the refrigerator at a time and leave others in the fridge.
Using 2 forks,dip one bar in melted choclate and roll it to cover all over.
Using one fork ,remove bar from choclate and place on wire rack to harden .
Place tray under the wire rack to catch excess choclate.
Same way dip all the bars in choclate .
Once little set arrange again on lined baking tray and keep in refrigerator to set .
Bounty bars are ready to serve.
