Ingredients to make Kesar elaichi shrikhand

  • 2Cups of hung curd
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar
  • 6-7 saffron strands soaked in milk
  • 1Tsp of cardmom powder
  • pistachio flakes
  • Some saffron strands to garnish
  • 2Tsp of milk

How to make Kesar elaichi shrikhand

  1. HUNG CURD 2 CUPS FOR 2 HRS AND USE
  2. REMOVE IN BOWL
  3. WHISK IT
  4. ADD 1/2 CUP OF SUGAR
  5. WHISK TILL SUGAR MELTS
  6. ADD 2TSP OF MILK
  7. ADD SAFFRON SOAKED IN MILK AND CARDMOM POWDER
  8. MIX THEM AND SEE THE TEXTURE SHOULD BE CREAMY
  9. REMOVE IN SERVING BOWL
  10. SPRINKLE SOME PISTACHIO AND SAFFRON STRANDS AND ITS READY TO SERVE
