About Quick Kalakand Recipe

Quick Kalakand

Ingredients to make Quick Kalakand

  • Condensed milk 300 ml
  • cottage cheese/paneer 250 gm
  • cardamom powder 3/4 tsp
  • pista 8 -10
  • almonds 8
  • ghee 1 tbsp

How to make Quick Kalakand

  1. Take condensed milk, grated paneer in a thick bottomed pan or aluminium kadhai.
  2. Mix well and roast on slow flame till it becomes a thick mass.Now add ghee.
  3. Chop pista and almond finely.
  4. Add cardamom powder and some dry fruits in the kalakand.
  5. Put the kalakand in greased thali and sprinkle remaining dry fruits on top and press lightly.
  6. Allow it to cool and set for 3 to 4 hours.Then cut and serve.
