Heat a 1/2 litter milk for Radar.
Add a half cup sugar and mix well.
Add elachi powder or elachi.
Take warm milk and add a pinch of saffron and keep aside.
Milk cook for pale yellow and light thick milk. (15 minutes)
Add kesar milk and switch off the flame.
Then take a another pan and heat a 1 liter milk.
Squeeze the lemon into 1 liter milk
See the curdle milk
Drain the curdle water and keep the chenna.
Then squeeze the muslin cloth and transfer the chenna into plate
Add 1 teaspoon of cornflour powder and knead well.
Shape the chenna in flat.
Make a sugar syrup.
Add the chenna in to sugar syrup for soking 15 minutes.
Then after 15 minutes transfer the chenna into Rabri.
Add some pistachio and Almonds.
Mix well and transfer the bowl.
Delicious and yummy Rasamalai is ready to Serve chill or Hot
