Ing for grinding :
Ginger : 2 inch pc
Dry red chilli : 5-6
Cashewnut / Kaju : 20 pcs
Ing for paneer curry :
Paneer : 250 g (cut into cubes)
Mustard oil : 3-4 tbsp
Cumin seeds / Jeera : 1/2 tsp
Kardi patta : 5-6 leaves
Tomato puree : 1 cup
Salt to taste
Sugar : 1 pinch
Coriander powder to taste
Kasuri methi to taste
Kitchen king masala to taste
Garam masala to taste
Water : 1 cup

Instructions
In a mixer jar add ginger, dry red chilli and cashewnuts. Add little water to make a smooth paste. Keep aside till use. In a kardahi / wok add mustard oil. Heat it on high flame. Add jeera & kardi patta. Let it splutter for a min.
Add tomato puree, salt and sugar. Mix well and cook on medium slow flame. Till raw smell of tomatoes are gone. Add cashew ginger paste and 1/2 cup water. Mix well and cook on medium slow flame for 10 min.
Add coriander powder, kasuri methi, kitchen king masala and mix well. Add 1/2 cup water and again cook on high flame stirring continuously till the gravy is little thick.
Add garam masala and mix well. Add paneer cubes and mix well. Cook for 5-10 min. Switch off the flame.
Add coriander leaves and mix well. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve hot with nan or chapati.
