ABOUT Raw Papaya Burfi RECIPE

Some healthy sweets for this Holi. Raw Papayas are very good for health and I have a prepared my mind of making something sweet with papaya this time. And my innovative recipe is :100: % hit here. Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 medium size Raw papaya grated finely
  2. 1/2 cup of Milkmaid
  3. 1/3 cup of sugar
  4. 3 tablespoon of ghee
  5. 1/2 tablespoon of cardamom powder
  6. 10-12 raisins
  7. 2 tablespoon of chopped almonds

Instructions

  1. Heat a kadai with ghee and sauté the raw green papaya with a drop of green food colour, till they become soft
  2. Add cardamom powder, sugar and Milkmaid and sauté in low heat for 10 minutes or more till it becomes dry
  3. Now grease a plate with ghee and spread the mixture evenly in a square shape. Let the spread be a thick one and let it cool
  4. After an hour of cooling, place some raisins over it and cut in cube size
  5. Sprinkle some chopped almonds and serve
  6. Enjoy green raw papaya burfi with your loved ones
