Thandai

Ingredients to make Thandai

  • 1 litre milk
  • 1spoon pistachio
  • 1spoon poppy seed
  • 6to7 pieces cashwnuts
  • 6to7 pieces almonds
  • 1spoon melon seeds
  • Some saffron strands
  • 1/2spoon cardamom powder
  • 2spoon gulkand
  • 1/4cup or as per taste Nestle milkmaid (condensed milk )
  • 2spoon chopped pistachio for garnish

How to make Thandai

  1. Take a bowl soak pistachio poppy seed cashwnuts Almonds and melon seeds for 2hours
  2. Grind all soak dry fruits peel almond skin before grinding and make a paste
  3. Take a pan add milk start boiling
  4. Add dry fruits paste gulkand saffron and cardamom powder
  5. Add condensed milk for sweetness and mix well
  6. Switch off the stove and let it cool down
  7. Keep into the refrigerator for chilling
  8. Serve chilled garnish with pistachio
  9. Enjoy yum drink
