Thandai Mousse.. .

Ingredients to make Thandai Mousse.. .

  • 1 cup milk maid
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 2 tpsp thandai masala
  • Agar Agar powder

How to make Thandai Mousse.. .

  1. Boil milk..
  2. Add milk maid..Add thandai masalapaste.
  3. boil for 10 minutes ..Off the flame.
  4. Pour mixture in the bowl..
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes..
  6. Add Agar Agar & whipped cream to it..
  7. Mix well..set in the fridge for 3 hours
  8. serve in glass..Garnish with dry fruits.
  9. Celebrate Holi with Thandai Mousse...Njoy..
