Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chikpeas/chana - 200grams
  2. Salt - as per taste
  3. Tamrind - 1pulp
  4. Oil - 2tablepsoon
  5. Cumin seeds - 1tablepsoon
  6. Water - 1& 1/2cup or as required
  7. Chikpea flor - 3tablepsoon
  8. Red chiilie powder - 1tablespoon
  9. Cumin & corrainder powder - 2tablespoon
  10. Curry leaves - handful
  11. Cilantro - For garnishing

Instructions

  1. Soak the chikpeas for 7-8hours.
  2. Than pressure cool the chikpeas by adding water and cumin seeds.
  3. In a pan add oil than add curry leaves than add red chilli powder & cumin and corrainder powder add salt mix well than add tamrind and 1/2cup water.
  4. Once it takes a boil add the chikpeas cook for 5mins.
  5. Take gram flor add 1/4cup water to it mix well than pour this mixture in the chikpeas.
  6. Cook for about 5mins than garnish it with some cilantro.
