Ingredients to make Milk peda

  • Milk 3 cups
  • Fresh paneer 1/2 cup
  • Milk powder 1/4 cup
  • sugar 3 tsp 
  • cardamom powder 1/2 tsp  
  • ghee 4-5 tsp
  • saffron

How to make Milk peda

  1. Boil milk in sauce pan.
  2. Boil until the quantity of milk reduces to half.Keep stirring.cook in low flame.
  3. Once the milk thickens and reduces.now add grated paneer.mix well
  4. After add the cardamom powder,milk powder and sugar.mix well.
  5. Stir well till it becomes thick and dry consistency.now turn off the flame.
  6. Now,Dab a little ghee in your palms and take apart of ground peda mixture in your hands
  7. Roll the mixture into small balls and using your fingers gently dab them to form small shaped peda
