Take maida in a bowl
add baking soda
Add ghee and rub in flour
Make flour crumbly
Add yogurt and make soft dough
Keep this dough for 45 to 50 min
Then make balls of it and press with thumb in center
Heat ghee and Fry all of them in lower to medium flame in ghee
And cool them to room temperature
Add sugar and water in a pan
And make chashni
Add 2 tsp milk so all sugar impurities will come out
When two strings chashni ready off flame
Add saffron strands and cardmon in it
Add all balu shahi in it and keep for one an hour
Garnish with pista and serve
