- 10 gms china grass/ agar agar
- 1 Cup water
- 2 tbsp condensed milk (milkmaid)
- 4 tbsp sugar (or to taste)
- For the strawberry puree
- 8 to 10 strawberries
- 2 tbsp sugar (or as needed)
- pomegranate seeds for garnish
- mint leaves for garnish
