About Keasriya Kalakand Recipe

Kalakand is very famous indian sweet. Its made with milk and cottage cheese

Keasriya Kalakand

Ingredients to make Keasriya Kalakand

  • 1/2litre milk
  • 250gram paneer (cottage cheese )
  • saffron strands
  • 1/2spoon cardamom powder
  • 1/4,tin nestle milk maid or sugar as per your choice
  • Chopped pistachio for garnish

How to make Keasriya Kalakand

  1. Take a pan add milk and start reduce it at low flame keep stiring
  2. Take a cup add two spoon milk add saffron and keep it for few mintues
  3. When the milk reduce 1/4than add saffron milk
  4. Add cardamom powder and mix well
  5. Add crumble paneer and cook till it becomes thick
  6. Add condensed milk
  7. Kalakand is thick and ready to set
  8. Take a aluminum mould grease it pour kalakand mixture and keep it aside for some time so that it settle
  9. Garnish with chopped pistachio
  10. Enjoy
