ABOUT Black Bean Hummus RECIPE

This recipe is perfect for any coming super bowl day/game day or any get together. Here in US, super bowl is a big event, friends get together and watch the game together and eat small dishes or pizza. This is the perfect dip to go along with such food.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 can black beans, rinsed and dry
  2. 2 garlic cloves, minced
  3. 2 tbsp olive oil
  4. 2 tbsp lime juice or as per taste
  5. 1/2 tsp ground cumin powder
  6. Salt and black pepper powder as per taste
  7. To serve : chips, vegetables or home baked pita chips

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in blender until its almost smooth. Except the chips.
  2. Let it sit for 15 minutes before serving with chips or pita chips or vegetables.
